HausFlow Roommate
Different roommates.
One shared home.
Living together doesn't mean everyone has to live the same way. HausFlow keeps household information, responsibilities, schedules, and shared plans in one place—so everyone stays on the same page without constant reminders or digging through group chats.
Less back-and-forth. More room to live your way.

Why it exists
Neither roommate is the problem. The guessing is.
One roommate likes everything in its place. Another prefers fewer reminders and a more relaxed pace. Trouble starts when different habits and expectations meet without a clear picture of how the household works.
01
A small question
“What's the Wi-Fi again?” “Did anyone pay the internet?” “Whose turn is trash?”
02
Becomes a reminder
The same question gets asked again, and someone ends up keeping track for everyone.
03
Becomes friction
Reminders turn into frustration, and frustration into tension nobody wanted.
HausFlow Roommate takes that friction out of everyday shared living. It doesn't manage people. It helps people manage shared living.
The shared middle
Enough structure to stay clear. Not so much that anyone feels watched.
Too little structure and agreements get forgotten while one person carries the load. Too much and people feel judged or pushed into someone else's routine. HausFlow Roommate sits in the middle.
Everyone knows what's agreed
Responsibilities, schedules, and shared information are visible to the people they affect. An agreement isn't a way to control anyone—it's a shared understanding you can revisit when life changes.
You handle your part your way
Sharing a responsibility doesn't mean giving up your own schedule or style. When plans change, you can choose a new time, ask for help, or ask a roommate to cover.
Clear, not watched
What affects the household is visible to the household. What's personal stays private unless you choose to share it. HausFlow records facts, never judgments.
Transparency without surveillance. Accountability without blame.
How it works
Four questions every home asks. One place to answer them.
Household details usually end up scattered across texts, notes, and memory. HausFlow brings them together.
What do I need to know?
What needs to happen?
Who is handling it?
What happened before?
When a new roommate moves in, they get a clear starting point. When someone moves out, the house keeps what it knows. The home shouldn't depend on one person's memory.
When plans change
Built for real weeks, not perfect ones.
People forget, weeks get busy, and plans fall through. HausFlow is ready for that.
Before a problem
Everyone has the same clear picture, so fewer things slip in the first place.
During a problem
Calm options instead of awkward texts: choose a new time, ask for help, or hand it off.
After a problem
History stays factual. Most actions can be undone, and handled items can be brought back.
No guilt for a hard week. No pressure to be perfect.
Fair, without keeping score
Fair doesn't have to mean identical.
Every household finds its own arrangement, and HausFlow helps you keep the one you chose. There are no leaderboards, rankings, or personality scores—an unfinished task is just an unfinished task.
The organized roommate
Gets peace of mind without chasing anyone.
The relaxed roommate
Gets breathing room without being nagged.
Think ahead for people, not instead of them.
HausFlow prepares predictable work and remembers useful history with simple rules you can understand. It doesn't use AI to make decisions for your household.
Personal reminders go only to the person they're for. Household updates follow each person's own notification choices and quiet hours, and nothing repeats just to get your attention.

Questions
Good to know
Does everyone in the house need to pay?
No. Free is a complete shared foundation, and one Pro subscription covers the whole household.
Is it a bill-splitting app?
No. Bills on the Board are awareness only, so everyone knows what's coming up. HausFlow doesn't store amounts, split costs, or move money.
Who can see my information?
Shared household information is visible to your household. Private Side Notes are visible only to you, and sensitive house details can sit behind a PIN. Nothing personal becomes household content unless you share it.
Will it nag us?
No. Personal reminders go only to the person they're for, quiet hours are respected, and nothing repeats just to get attention.
Is there a leaderboard or score?
Never. HausFlow shows household facts, not rankings. Insights look at the household as a whole and never rank or name roommates.
Is there an iPhone app?
